By accessing or using Talumi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Your Talumi ID serves as your unique public identifier. Your TL Code is a secure, one-time-generated master key used for account recovery and authorization of sensitive actions, such as reward payouts. You agree to keep your TL Code confidential; Talumi is not responsible for unauthorized actions resulting from the disclosure of your TL Code.
All stories published on Talumi remain the intellectual property of their creators. By publishing, you grant Talumi a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform ecosystem.
Platform coins may be purchased to support creators. Coins have no cash value outside the Talumi platform. Participation in the Creator Reward program is subject to eligibility requirements: a minimum of 50 followers, 250 reads within 30 days, consistent 30-day sign-in activity, and positive community engagement. Talumi reserves the right to audit accounts for fraudulent activity (such as bot-driven reads) and may revoke eligibility or terminate accounts found in violation of these standards.
Creator payouts are processed exclusively via PayPal. Users are responsible for ensuring their PayPal information is accurate. Talumi is not liable for payout failures resulting from incorrect user information.
You agree not to engage in unauthorized scraping, harassment, redistribution of copyrighted material, or any attempts to manipulate platform metrics through automated means.
Talumi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms periodically; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
